As of August 2024, the Stevens building has broken ground. This noteworthy project is part of the bigger Phase 9 JMI Property Services and Fort Pierce Business Park project. The newest construction out at Fort Pierce is underway and is located at the southernmost part of the park, on the west side of River Road. Royal T Enterprises is the contractor for the entirety of phase 9, which started in early 2024. As of right now, around 300 acres remain to be developed on the east side of River Rd. Two lots have already been sold so far, a 24 acre lot, and a 15 acre lot (Penske Truck being shown next to Stevens is one such lot). Just this year, 83 improved lots have been created.
The Stevens building itself is a 25,000 SF warehouse/office flex industrial building, with 15,000 SF under a build-to-suite lease with Stevens (10,000 SF is still available). The building that was designed by Desert Edge Architects that is located on 2.5 acres of the corner of River Road and Venture Drive, is slated to be ready in early to mid 2025, and will be a part of the Fort Pierce Owners Associate that is managed by JMI Property Services.
