New Business Building at Commerce Pointe

One of the three new buildings at Commerce Pointe, building 100 is the largest building on this property that we've built this year (2022). It consists of steel column framing and is four stories high! It will be home to many separate businesses, such as another local Bank of Utah, which has been adding locations throughout Southern Utah in recent years, and law firm, and many other businesses and offices. JMI Property Services is currently in the process of leasing these future business suites. This building is massive, and so it will be completed well after the other two that we've built this year, namely, Swig and Beans & Brews across the street.
