The vast and newly constructed Extra Space Storage, which has been under, which took more than a year to construct, has finally been completed. It was a great undertaking for sure, and it is now open for business. A large-scale project almost two years in the making, Extra Spage Storage is on five acres, and measures 250,000 Sq. Ft. in total. The layout of these units is intuitive and user-friendly, designed for efficiency of use. Since Fort Pierce Business Park (previously known to some as Fort Pierce Industrial) is located just on the outskirts of St. George City, it is in a convenient location for a presumably safer storage experience, out of the way of the inner city white also being accessibly close, within 10-15 minutes from town.

Starting in 2022 when the first footings and pads were poured, this build wrapped up at the end of 2023, and was opened for use for a short time, during which Extra Space Storage bought Kangaroo Storage.
